Our Philosophy

Additionally, we believe that learning is a recursive process.

 

That is, in addition to teaching or facilitating knowledge and growth, our trainers are committed to learning from YOU each and every time they train.

 

This is a process that respects your experience and knowledge from the field and encourages networking both during and beyond the class experience.

 

 

Our Training

 

We use a number of different formats to communicate with learners at the NWSTC. These formats include residence classes, onsite workshops, web-based training (WBT), self-paced WBT, teleconferencing, and videoconferencing (i.e. webinars). Often times, multiple formats are used to deliver instructional materials, resulting in what is known as a blended training format.
