This provides a first guess watch type. The possible watch types are:

TOR - tornado

PDS TOR - Particularly Dangerous Situation tornado

mrgl TOR - marginal tornado

SVR - severe thunderstorm

mrgl SVR - marginal severe thunderstorm

NONE - no severe thunderstorms or tornadoes
