Flash Flooding Threat Exists From Southern Plains to Ohio Valley

Localized heavy rainfall is likely from southern Kansas and northern Oklahoma through the mid-Mississippi and Tennessee Valleys and into Ohio Valley on Friday, bringing a threat of flash flooding to the region. Rainfall amounts of 1-3 inches, with locally-higher amounts are possible through the weekend.
