Irrigation Withdrawal and Bank Storage

There are several options within NWSRFS for modeling irrigation withdrawal and bank storage.
There is a consumptive use option (CONS_USE) where the withdrawal rate is essentially tied to the size of the irrigated area and the mean areal temperature.



Also, there is a joint reservoir operation (RES_J) which also has the capability to handle diversions.
