Interactive Forecast Program (IFP)
The major components that make up the IFP are: The IFP allows the forecaster to use hydrologic expertise and judgment to develop a forecast while streamlining the tasks required to produce the forecast.
The forecaster can interactively make changes to the parameters, data, or current conditions used for hydrologic simulation and quickly see the results of those changes.
The changes can be categorized into those affecting time series and those affecting a specific hydrologic model.
