YOU: How do you feel about space weather? Are you comfortable with the topic?
How do you respond when you do not feel very knowledgeable or comfortable with a subject matter? How do you act?
What can you do to increase your comfort level with the subject matter?
AS A CUSTOMER: How do you feel when you are put on hold, told you have called the wrong department, patronized (or made to feel inferior in anyway), are insulted, or transferred when calling a company with a question?
Did you know that customer service is a national concern?

Remember: Changing your comfort level can change your attitude about handling different types of calls, so take the steps necessary to continue to grow your knowledge base!
Increasing your comfort level with space weather....
There are a number of different ways you can increase your comfort level with space weather, and all involve learning more! As a matter of fact, you are off to a good start by completing this course.
Additionally you can:

- Search for Space Weather in the Learn Center or visit COMET’s MetEd site directly.
- Talk with colleagues and/or professional organizations about space weather.
